KUCHING, SARAWAK – 16 June 2026 – Monopolink Industries Sdn. Bhd. has concluded a highly successful participation at the Asia Pacific Green Hydrogen Conference & Exhibition (APGH 2026), reinforcing its commitment to supporting Sarawak’s vision of becoming a leading hydrogen economy and clean energy hub in Asia.
Held from 9 to 11 June 2026 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK), APGH 2026 brought together government leaders, industry players, investors, technology providers, and hydrogen experts from across the globe to discuss the future of hydrogen and sustainable energy development in the Asia-Pacific region.
As part of its participation, Monopolink Industries showcased the innovative Stellar Hydrogen System, a next-generation green hydrogen production technology developed by Enerblu S.R.L., Italy. The technology attracted significant interest from industry stakeholders, government agencies, utilities, and potential project partners seeking commercially viable solutions to accelerate hydrogen adoption and industrial decarbonisation.
A key highlight of the event was the participation of Mr Walter Maiocchi, President & CEO of Enerblu S.R.L., who attended APGH 2026 and engaged directly with stakeholders from across the region. His presence provided valuable opportunities to introduce Enerblu’s technology platform, share the company’s vision for the future of hydrogen, and explore potential collaborations in Malaysia and Asia.
Monopolink Industries was particularly encouraged by the strong interest shown by various organisations and stakeholders in Sarawak’s growing hydrogen ecosystem. The event further reinforced the state’s position as a regional leader in hydrogen development under the Sarawak Hydrogen Economy Roadmap (SHER), while highlighting the increasing demand for practical, scalable, and cost-effective hydrogen solutions.
“APGH 2026 has been an important milestone for Monopolink Industries. The quality of discussions, stakeholder engagement, and level of interest demonstrated during the event have validated our strategic decision to establish Sarawak as the launch platform for our hydrogen initiatives in Asia,” said Datu Monaliza Zaidel, Managing Director of Monopolink Industries Sdn. Bhd.
Monopolink Industries believes that advanced hydrogen technologies such as the Stellar Hydrogen System can play a meaningful role in supporting Sarawak’s ambitions in green hydrogen production, industrial decarbonisation, green fuels, energy security, and future export opportunities.
Following APGH 2026, the company will focus on engaging with government agencies, utilities, industrial players, and strategic partners to explore pilot project opportunities, technical evaluations, and potential long-term collaborations. The company is in partnership with Shri Green Pte Ltd, ACCADUE Alliance and its technology partners to advance discussions on the deployment of the first Stellar Hydrogen facility in Asia.
As Sarawak continues its journey towards a low-carbon future, Monopolink Industries remains committed to contributing towards the development of a sustainable hydrogen ecosystem through technology innovation, strategic partnerships, and long-term investment in the region.
